Welcome to Great Goods, located in Loves Park, Illinois. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following policies. Please read each section carefully, as all items sold are pre-owned, sold as-is, and all sales are considered final unless otherwise noted below.
1. Item Condition Policy
All products sold by Great Goods are second-hand, pre-owned items. This includes (but is not limited to) clothing, knickknacks, glassware, cookware, sports items, trading cards, electronics, and miscellaneous goods.

By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that used items may show signs of wear, age, cosmetic imperfections, or functional limitations.
2. All Items Sold “As-Is”
Every item at Great Goods is sold as-is, with no guarantees.
This includes electronics, which may or may not function as originally intended.
We strongly encourage customers to review photos, descriptions, and ask questions before purchasing.
3. Return Policy
We do not accept returns except in cases where Great Goods made an error, such as:

If such an issue occurs:

The customer must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Notifications received after 3 days are not eligible for return consideration.
If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received.

Refunds are not offered, except in the rare case where Great Goods is directly responsible for an error.

If approved, refunds may be issued as either a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

All items—especially electronics—are not guaranteed to work, and this does not qualify for a refund or return.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, customers must file a claim with the carrier.
